I offer individual therapy sessions to adults 18+. I adjust my treatment style depending on each clients' unique personality, needs and presenting concerns. You will find a lot of humor and laughter in my therapeutic approach. I can be a listening ear or take a more challenging stance in our sessions. I want to make sure you leave each session feeling heard, pushed, and understood. If goal-setting is more your style, we can work together to strive for tangible results from one session to the next. If you are wanting more flexibility and enjoy a more intuitive style to therapy, we can see where the energy takes us each session. 
I pride myself on my ability to help guide clients toward the answers and direction they are seeking. We will work collaboratively to utilize the therapeutic space in the most beneficial way for you.
