Telehealth Sessions

Telehealth sessions via phone or video will be offered indefinitely for clients who reside in any city within the state of Texas.

Perks of Telehealth:

  • Convenience of having sessions from the comfort of your own space

  • Accessibility to those with limitations to traveling to sessions (childcare, disabilities, illness, natural disasters)

  • Location. Clients can be located anywhere in the state of Texas to see me as their therapist via Telehealth. My office is based in Austin, but clients can live in other cities in Texas.

Limitations to Telehealth:

  • Technical difficulties may arise

  • Confidentiality during sessions may be more difficult due to technology and personal environment

  • Clients in crisis are not a fit for Telehealth due to safety precautions

  • Lack of access to in-person sessions if client eventually prefers in-person

  • I only offer Telehealth sessions for individuals and couples I feel it is appropriate for. I do not offer family sessions via Telehealth.
